These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of gainovaro.com, operated by Gainovaro S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71896452-4, with registered office in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

2. Nature of the service

Gainovaro is an informational platform about real estate crowdlending in Argentina. The site currently allows users to register on a waitlist for future investment opportunities. No information published constitutes a public offering of securities under Argentine Capital Markets Law No. 26,831.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site in good faith, respecting applicable law, third-party rights and public morals. Any use that may damage, disable or overload the platform is prohibited.

4. Investment risks

All real estate investment carries risk, including the possibility of total or partial loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Before investing, evaluate your profile and, if needed, consult an independent financial advisor.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
